Delivery and shipping

Here are some frequently asked questions regarding shipping, returns and exchanges.

What is the total time frame for receiving my poster?

Each order is printed on demand and carefully prepared within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery is then made according to the product:

  • Poster only (30x40 / 50x70) : 3 to 4 working days in total
  • Wooden framed poster : 4 to 5 working days in total
  • Poster with hanging rods : 5 to 6 working days in total
  • Express option (if available) : 5 working days in total

    During busy periods (holidays, promotions), additional delays may apply. We will keep you informed in the event of exceptional delays.
Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries in Europe, North America, and parts of Asia-Pacific. Fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

What are the delivery costs?
  • Free delivery in mainland France, with no minimum purchase.
  • Paid delivery for other countries, calculated automatically at checkout.
  • Customs charges may apply outside the European Union, to be paid by the customer.




How are your posters packaged?
  • Posters only : sent flat (up to A4 size) or in a reinforced rigid tube.
  • Framed Posters : Sturdy boxes with reinforced corners, interior padding and reinforcements for multiple orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank card, PayPal, and other secure solutions.

Can I return my item if it doesn't suit me?

Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to return your order, including promotional items.

How to make a return?
  1. Contact us at contact@artivago.com to initiate the return.
  2. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You can choose the carrier of your choice, and we recommend tracked shipping.

Products must be unused, in their original condition, and ideally in their original packaging. In case of damage, a partial refund may be applied.

When will the refund be made?

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be made to the initial payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
